Semtex is always looking for motivated reviewers and/or interviewers.
If interested, please read below and send in the requested information via our email form.
The ideal candidate will be on the cusp of the ever-changing music scene, with a fair knowledge of the independent music scene and the English language.
If you have insight and personality, you'll fit right in. We'll let you choose the CDs we send you for review, and if wanted we'll try to line up interviews at your request.
We want you to submit at least one review every 10 days. Please do not apply if you cannot handle that schedule. This position is unpaid, aside from free CDs and free tickets to shows.
- Provide us with your name, location and date of birth.
- Submit a review (300-500 words) written exclusively for semtexinc.com of a recently released album that was not covered on semtexinc.com.
- Complete the following list:
* Five to ten favorite albums released in the last 365 days.
* Five to ten albums you couldn't live without.
* Last five to ten albums you purchased OR the last five shows you saw.
* Five music websites you visit on a regular base or five music magazines you read regularly.
There is currently no deadline to this position.
